Returns & Exchanges

We want every APLAYA piece to meet your expectations. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is received, in accordance with RA 7394 (The Philippine Consumer Act).

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers (for swimwear).
Please note that swimwear bottoms and briefs with removed hygiene liners, sale items, and products damaged from wear or mishandling are not eligible for return.

Valid Reasons for Return

We honor returns or exchanges for:

Factory defects or damage
Incorrect item, size, or variant delivered
Missing components or incomplete items

While “change of mind” is not required to be accepted under Philippine law, APLAYA offers a one-time size exchange as a courtesy, depending on stock availability.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed for items in perfect, unused condition. Customers will shoulder the shipping fees for both returning the item and receiving the replacement.

Return Shipping Fees

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, APLAYA will cover the full cost of return and replacement shipping.
For size exchanges or non-defect reasons, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a defective item cannot be replaced or when the exact item ordered is unavailable.
Available refund methods include GCash, bank transfer, or store credit upon request. Processing time is 3–7 business days following inspection of the returned item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include your Order Number, Name, Concern, and clear photos or videos of the item.

Inspection & Approval

All returns undergo quality checking. Requests may be declined if items show signs of wear, washing, odor, damage, or if original tags, hygiene liners, or packaging are missing.
