Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
• Greater Manila Area: 2–5 business days
• Provincial Addresses: 3–7 business days
Peak seasons, severe weather, or courier delays may affect these timelines.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the courier assigned. Any promotions that include free shipping will be automatically applied if eligible.
Courier Partners
We ship through trusted local couriers such as J&T Express, GoGo Xpress, and other partnered logistics providers. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email or SMS once the package has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours for the tracking status to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. APLAYA Beach & Wear is not liable for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the courier and assist you with a resolution.
International Shipping
At the moment, we ship within the Philippines only. Updates regarding international shipping will be announced on our official platforms.
